Pre-Owned Nature / 二手商品性质

All JLUX items are curated [PRE-OWNED] luxury pieces. Minor signs of wear, ageing, storage, leather relaxation, oxidation, surface changes, or vintage characteristics may be present and may not always be fully visible in photographs.

For vintage patent or coated materials, natural ageing, humidity, or storage conditions may result in tackiness, texture variation, or surface changes over time. These are considered normal characteristics of vintage/pre-loved items and not manufacturing defects.

Product Photos & Description / 商品图片与描述

All product photographs, videos, captions, measurements, and written descriptions form part of the item description and disclosure.

Buyers are responsible for carefully reviewing all provided visuals, condition details, and item information before purchase. Certain flaws, ageing characteristics, texture variations, or signs of use may appear differently depending on lighting, screen display, zoom level, or viewing angle.

Actual colours may vary slightly due to lighting, editing, device settings, or monitor display differences.

By proceeding with purchase, the buyer acknowledges and accepts the item based on the provided presentation and description.

Condition Expectations / 状态认知

Condition assessments are subjective and may vary between individuals. Vintage and pre-owned luxury items may naturally carry storage scent, shape relaxation, softness, oxidation, rubbing, ageing marks, or signs consistent with prior use and age.

（商品状态具有一定主观性，不同买家标准可能有所不同。二手及古董商品可能存在储存气味、轻微软化、变形、氧化、磨损或正常年代痕迹。）

Restoration & Preservation Disclosure / 修复与护理说明

Certain vintage items may have undergone cleaning, conditioning, recolouring, touch-up, polishing, reshaping, or restoration work as part of preservation, hygiene maintenance, or wearability preparation.

（部分商品可能经过清洁、护理、补色、抛光、定型或修复处理，以提升保存状态、卫生状况及使用体验。）

Authenticity / 真伪说明

Each item is authenticated through JLUX’s professional sourcing and review process.

Any authenticity disputes will only be reviewed upon submission of official written documentation issued directly by the respective brand headquarters or an officially authorized repair/authentication centre.

Store-level remarks, boutique refusals, verbal opinions, third-party comments, or “brand not verifiable” responses do not constitute proof of inauthenticity.

Final Sale Policy / 最终销售条款

Due to the nature of curated pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are final and non-returnable.

Refunds, returns, exchanges, cancellations, chargebacks, or post-purchase negotiations will not be accepted for reasons relating to condition expectations, ageing, colour variation, sizing, material feel, storage scent, or personal preference.

（基于二手奢侈品商品性质，所有销售均为最终交易，不接受退货、退款或换货。）

（因状态认知、老化、颜色差异、尺寸、材质触感、储存气味或个人喜好等原因提出之退款、退货、取消交易或后续协商，概不受理。）

Buyer Responsibility / 买家责任

Buyers are responsible for any future maintenance, spa treatment, restoration, or servicing after purchase.

Prices already reflect the item’s pre-owned condition, rarity, collectibility, and market positioning.

（买家购买后需自行承担后续护理、维修或保养责任。）

（商品价格已综合反映其二手状态、稀有度、收藏价值及市场定位。）

Communication Policy / 沟通说明

Questions and requests for clarification are welcome before purchase.

Post-purchase complaints unrelated to authenticity will not be entertained.

（欢迎买家于购买前提出疑问及确认细节。）

（除真伪问题外，购买后不受理其他投诉。）

Shipping & Risk Transfer / 配送与风险转移

Once an item has been shipped, mailed, or handed over to the courier/logistics provider, responsibility and transit risk transfer to the buyer.

Insurance upgrades may be arranged upon request where available.

（商品一经寄出或交由物流／快递公司后，运输风险即转移至买家。）

（如有需要，可另行安排额外运输保险。）

Governing Terms / 法律条款

All transactions and disputes shall be governed under the laws of Singapore.

JLUX is an independent reseller of pre-owned luxury goods.

We are not affiliated with, associated with, authorized by, or endorsed by any brand mentioned.

All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners and are used strictly for identification purposes only.

By completing payment or purchase, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and accepted all JLUX terms and policies, and agrees that the item is sold strictly on an as-is basis.

Condition ratings are based on JLUX’s assessment of the item as a whole, taking into account its age, rarity, collectibility, material, functionality and overall presentation.

评级基于 JLUX 对商品整体状况、年份、稀有度、收藏价值及功能性的综合判断。

Vintage, archive and discontinued luxury pieces should not be compared to new retail items.

古董、绝版及收藏级商品不应与全新专柜商品作比较。

Exceptional overall condition with minimal visible signs of use or ageing.

Minor storage marks, handling marks or age-related characteristics may still be present.

Visible signs of age, storage and use should be expected and are reflected in pricing.

Noticeable signs of age, use and material ageing throughout.

Reserved for rare, archival, runway, discontinued, limited-production or highly collectible pieces.

Item is sold strictly as-is and may show extensive wear, ageing or deterioration.

May require cleaning, repair, restoration, replacement parts or professional spa treatment at the buyer’s discretion.

Possible signs may include, but are not limited to:

• Cracks

• Tears

• Peeling

• Sticky surfaces

• Powdering linings

• Missing parts

• Heavy staining

• Significant scratches

• Structural wear

• Strong odours

• Hardware deterioration

• Material deterioration

Suitable primarily for restoration projects, display collections or buyers comfortable with substantial imperfections.

现状出售（As-Is）

商品按现状出售，可能存在明显磨损、老化或损坏情况。

可能需要清洁、维修、翻新或护理处理。

适合收藏、展示或愿意自行修复的买家。

* Original accessories such as dust bags, authenticity cards, straps, boxes, receipts, packaging materials or other accompanying items will only be included if specifically stated in the item description.

Unless expressly stated, buyers should assume such accessories are not included.

All JLUX items are sourced through trusted global procurement channels and carefully reviewed through our internal authentication and inspection process prior to listing.

As many pieces are vintage, discontinued, or archival, certain items may not include original dust bags, authenticity cards, receipts, straps, or packaging unless specifically stated in the item description.

Minor variations, age-related characteristics, or production differences may exist depending on collection and production year.

Local and international shipping options are available unless otherwise stated.

Once an item has been shipped or handed over to the courier/logistics provider, transit responsibility and risk transfer to the buyer.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on courier operations, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak periods.

Insurance upgrades may be arranged upon request where available.

Items are secured only upon receipt of deposit or payment and are allocated on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

Deposits are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable. Deposits paid towards a specific item cannot be transferred to another item, service, store credit, or future purchase.

Requests for installments, extended holding periods, or special payment arrangements may be considered at JLUX’s sole discretion and are not guaranteed.

Any approved reservation or payment arrangement must be adhered to strictly. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe may result in cancellation of the reservation, forfeiture of any deposit paid, and the item being released for sale without further notice.

预留与付款安排

所有商品均以收到订金或付款后方视为预留成功，并遵循“先付款、先确认”原则。

所有订金均严格实行不退款及不可转让政策。已支付之订金仅适用于原预留商品，不可转用于其他商品、服务、店铺积分或未来购买。

分期付款、延长保留期限或其他特殊付款安排，均需经 JLUX 个别批准，并非当然权利。

一旦付款安排获批准，买家须严格按照约定期限完成付款。若未能于约定期限内付清余款，JLUX 有权取消预留资格、没收已支付订金，并将商品重新开放出售，恕不另行通知。

Vintage luxury items naturally evolve over time and should be handled with care.

To help preserve condition and longevity, we recommend:
• storing items in a cool, dry environment
• avoiding prolonged humidity, heat, or direct sunlight
• avoiding overloading older bags
• storing patent or coated materials separately
• regular conditioning and maintenance where appropriate

Natural ageing, leather softening, oxidation, and minor shape relaxation may occur over time as part of the vintage ageing process.

Certain vintage items may have undergone cleaning, conditioning, touch-up, recolouring, polishing, reshaping, or restoration work as part of preservation, hygiene maintenance, or wearability preparation.

Such treatments are common within the vintage luxury industry and do not necessarily affect the collectibility or functionality of the item.

部分古董商品可能经过清洁、护理、补色、抛光、定型或修复处理，以提升保存状态、卫生状况或使用体验。

上述处理属于古董精品行业常见护理方式，并不一定影响其收藏价值或正常使用。

Q: Are all items authentic?
A: All items undergo JLUX internal authentication and review procedures prior to listing.

Q: Do items come with authenticity cards or dust bags?
A: Accessories such as cards, dust bags, straps, receipts, or boxes are only included if specifically stated in the listing.

Q: Can I request more photos or videos?
A: Additional photos or videos may be provided where reasonably available prior to purchase confirmation.

Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Due to the nature of pre-owned luxury goods, all sales are final.

问：商品是否保证真伪？
答：所有商品均经过 JLUX 内部鉴定与审核流程。

问：商品是否附带卡片、防尘袋或包装？
答：相关配件仅以商品描述注明为准。
